As a Los Angeles native, Talya is acutely familiar with the different neighborhoods and appeals each community has to offer. After graduating with her BA from Santa Cruz, she began working in Property Management honing her skills in project management and customer service. Her role focused on maximizing property potential, by taking rundown properties or individual units and transforming them to their potential, both aesthetically and financially.
